We are the only MMA school on the Peninsula of Hampton Roads Virginia. We teach Muay Thai,  Sombo, Japense Jui Jitsu, Submission Grappling and NHB fighting as well as Self Defense and for children. With a combined total of 30 years experience and a number of championships and an Jr. Olympic Gold Medal.

you WILL learn the of submission grappling, all the benefits of a great wrestling background with all the submissions of jiu jitsu.
You WILL learn the combat art of Muay Thai, the national sport of Thailand.  Very explosive kicks, punches, knees and elbows. Hardcore sparring and the most intense cardio workouts you will have ever experienced. Become a fighter or just train like one....
