LOFA return policy

You can return or exchange your items that you purchased within 30 days from the date of the purchase. Items that have been worn or washed, dirty or stained will not be accepted for an exchange or the refund of money. Write a note with detailed information, on your invoice explaining your return (refund or exchange). Once LOFA receives your package we will make the necessary corrections and your package will be shipped back to you within 1-2 business days.
